The high level of engagement and interaction with the staff and the students. Makes for a warm welcoming environment. From a safety perspective, I also appreciate having the front door entrance only be accessible via code.

We feel so blessed to have Felicity in Nido 1 and are constantly impressed with the incredible work Ms. Bre, Ms. Gina, Ms. Leeza, and Ms. Bao do to nurture the littlest friends at SBS. It is clear that they care deeply about the children and are just as invested as we are in their learning and growing and becoming the tiny people they are meant to be. We have loved all of the teachers at Step by Step Maple Grove! They are all very caring and treat your child with love and care. Highly recommend their infant programs to watching my son learn new things everyday in the toddler programs! I can’t wait to watch him keep growing at SBS MG.

I truly loved the teachers and the full on embracing the montessori structure of teaching. The rooms were amazing for having montessori work time and projects. I will miss the teachers as they worked so well with me on concerns for the kids and what they needed. I could tell they truly cared about my family. I do feel that the corporate structure was the only part that was difficult at times. But overall, I enjoyed the school and everything they had to offer my family and kids during our time enrolled.

Our children have thrived there, just became more than we could afford once we had multiple kids. We're sad to leave. Let us know if the pricing goes down please. 10% isn't enough of a sibling discount.

My preschooler absolutely loves going to his new school. His first day, drop off was terrible due to his prior experiences of other centers. When I picked him up from daycare that first day, he told me how much fun he had and about his “nice teachers”. He says his teachers aren’t angry, and his room isn’t dirty like his old school. Every day since, he walks right into the center and his classroom without any issues. I’m never walking into chaos at drop off or pick up, it’s very nice seeing the teachers having calm control over their classrooms. Beyond thankful to have my kids in a place where I know they’re being loved and cared for!

Our first experience with daycare centers were kinda awful. We made the decision to change facilities and found step by step in Brooklyn park. From the very first day til now, I gave never felt more comfortable and confident leaving my children at step by step.

It's a great safe environment. I feel like the teachers are very competent and great with the children. Also, they have a bunch of fun events during the month that get the kids involved and excited. I love this location and I honestly am so happy that my kids are enrolled.
